CUISINE

The Miami Restaurant offers guests a choice of seafood and fine dining “Table D’hote and A la carte” facilities. For the all inclusive guests there are breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, which are generally a fusion of eastern, western and local cuisine. There’s Indian, Chinese, Italian, American and other themed nights, including a weekly barbeque night and an “Around the World” International buffet night.

The food is sumptuous and the fresh local seafood is absolutely “out of this world”. The Club Hotel Dolphin also offers morning snacks which include sandwiches, fruit salads, burgers & chips, salad bar, fruit juices, tea & coffee.
